Returns:

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with your essential oils within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return them for a full refund or exchange. Returns made 31-60 days after purchase are eligible for online credit.

Unused and Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Easy Return Process: Initiating a return is simple. Contact our customer support team at info@ayurblooms.com with your order number and details, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Refunds:

Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Timely Refunds: We understand the importance of timely refunds. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.

Exchanges:

Item Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly. To cancel an order, please email our support team at info@ayurblooms.com with the order details and the reason for cancellation.

If Order Has Not Yet Been Processed: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to cancel it upon your request. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation and any payments made will be refunded promptly.

If Order Has Already Been Processed: If your order has already been processed but has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to cancel it. However, please note that depending on the stage of processing, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to return the items upon receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for returning shipping costs.

If Order Has Been Shipped: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may need to initiate a return once the items are received.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned package at our facility, we will promptly issue a full refund for the products. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Product Condition: Please ensure products are undamaged and unused before returning. Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in a damaged condition or if a significant amount has been used.

Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
